A TEENAGER has been charged with 13 offences including racially aggravated assault and burglary.
Joe Randall allegedly committed the crimes in Brighton, Lewes, Newhaven and Eastbourne between September 21 and November 9.
The 18-year-old, from Brighton, was arrested in Eastbourne last Thursday.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Saturday charged with burglary, theft, criminal damage, possession of a bladed article, assault by beating, racially aggravated common assault, possession of cannabis and two public order offences.
Randall was remanded in custody and is due to appear before magistrates in Brighton today.
