Three-car crash on A27 near Patcham roundabout
A THREE-CAR crash caused a pile-up on the A27.
The incident happened eastbound near the A23 Patcham roundabout, and emergency services were called at 6.58am.
One lane was blocked off after the crash between a Vauxhall Vivaro panel van, Vauxhall Meriva and Audi S4.
Delays were heavy on all approaches, particularly southbound on the A23 coming from Pyecombe.
There were no injuries in the collision.
The accident has now been cleared.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "There were no injuries but with all the vehicles involved reported to be in lane two the crash caused traffic to build up."
