A BRIGHTON firm which employs more than 100 people has created a new app which acts as a discount dining membership.

Rocket Marketing, based in Preston Road, creates innovative loyalty programmes for a wide range of well-known brands.

Its latest success is Dine, a discount dining membership, available as a state of the art app offering discounts at thousands of restaurants across the UK.

These include brands such as Café Rouge, Bella Italia, La Tasca and Loch Fyne along with the best local independent restaurants and cafes.

There are more than 70 independent Dine restaurants in Brighton and Hove alone.

All restaurants in Dine offer either 25 per cent off the total meal, 50 per cent off food or two for one on mains.

Dine took six months to build and launch.

It was conceived during a chance meeting between Andy Huggins, founder of RMG, and Bob Salmasi, a seasoned and experienced loyalty marketer.

Both had been closely and heavily involved in incorporating dining propositions into the consumer and employee loyalty sector, having collectively issued millions of annual memberships over the last few years.

Its client list is growing rapidly having already landed several projects from brands such as the Daily Mail and Carlsberg.

One of the areas where Dine is having great success is as a cost-effective employee benefit due to its all year round appeal and ease of deployment.

CEO Andy Huggins said: “The team here at Rocket have done an amazing job.

“The success of Dine to date has already resulted in new job opportunities at Rocket and the future looks very bright.”
