AN ARMED robber who stole over £10,000 from Co-op stores in a series of raids has been jailed for 11 years.
Andrew William Hill, 33, from Crawley, targeted two Co-op stores in April whilst armed with a hand gun.
On April 9 he robbed the Co-op in Bolnore Village, Haywards Heath, of £2,970.
Later on April 30 the builder raided the Co-op in Horsham Road, Cowfold, near Horsham, of £8,285.
At his sentencing at Lewes Crown Court he was jailed for 11 years and six months.
