Barcelona maintained their unbeaten record in LaLiga but drew for the second league game in succession as Getafe held the leaders to a goalless stalemate at the Nou Camp.

The hosts failed to register a shot on target during the first half, when Luis Suarez had a goal correctly ruled out for offside.

Getafe goalkeeper Vicente Guaita made a fine save in stoppage time to prevent Suarez heading in a late winner as Barca missed out on the chance to re-establish their nine-point lead at the top.

Not many visiting goalkeepers can boast of having kept a clean sheet at the Nou Camp. Guaita can thanks to his fine late save to deny Suarez.

Data point

Messi made his 300th appearance at the Nou Camp yet was unable to add to his goal tally at the ground. The 30-year-old has scored 309 times on his home turf.

The new ‘Fab Four’?

This was the first time Suarez, Messi, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele had played in the same game, though all four were not on the pitch at once. Coutinho left one ‘Fab Four’ behind at Liverpool but could form a new one once he and Dembele get up to speed.
