A WOMAN has been charged with stabbing a man in Hove.
Katherine Bruzas-Quinn, 32, allegedly slashed the 45-year-old victim outside the Co-op store at Ridgeland House in Dyke Road on Saturday night.
The man was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
The stabbing happened at about 9.15pm.
Dressmaker Bruzas-Quinn, of Vernon Terrace in Brighton, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
She appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court today, but did not enter a plea.
Bruzas-Quinn has been remanded in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on March 12.
