A CAR hit a pedestrian in a busy road during rush hour today.
A woman was reportedly hit by a car in Old Steine, Brighton, outside the Royal Albion Hotel around 6.20pm.
Paramedics were seen giving the walking wounded woman treatment, although the extent of her injuries are not known.
A Vauxhall Vectra car involved in the collision had minor damage.
Sussex Police were contacted for comment.
