Customers have claimed Marks & Spencer has spoiled Mother's Day when pre-ordered flowers were delivered in a poor state.
Disgruntled customers have taken their frustrations on social media, demanding the department store to issue an apology for their services.
Customers have also taken pictures and posted them online to show the state of their orders.
One man, known as Sir JBizzlington, of Brighton, said he was disappointed with M&S' services.
He also mentioned other customers cancelled their orders.
The store had widely promoted its special offer to give free delivery to before Sunday.
This is how my mum received her Mother’s Day gift from me from @marksandspencer. They have not bothered to try and rectify this situation. Loads of people received an email at 4pm yesterday cancelling their orders. Not what you expect from a big company like this. Pls RT. pic.twitter.com/gPu0JQefrc

He mentioned the department store's orders team got in touch with him around lunchtime and offered him a full refund, and his flowers will be delivered to him on Wedesnday.
An M&S spokesman said: "Our Mother’s Day flowers are extremely popular and we pride ourselves on quality and service. The vast majority of flowers were delivered on time.
"However, a very small number of customers had orders postponed, we contacted each customer as soon as possible to offer a full refund and gesture of goodwill.
"We are disappointed if anyone feels let down and encourage them to contact our customer services team."
