JESS Glynne and Ella Eyre have been announced to perform at this year's Brighton Pride celebrations.

The pop stars join Britney Spears and Chic on the line-up.

Ella Eyre will play at Preston Park on Saturday, August 4 while Jess Glynne will perform at the new LoveBN1Fest on Sunday, August 5.

Eyre shot to fame after providing guest vocals on Rudimental's hit Waiting All Night and has since carved out her own path on the pop scene.

Known for her unique brand of drum 'n' bass music, her debut album Feline came out in 2015 and reached number five in the UK charts.

Jess Glynne, meanwhile, got her big break on Clean Bandit's single Rather Be and went on to score a number one album with 2015's I Cry When I Laugh.

She recently teamed up with Tinie Tempah for Not Letting Go, released last year.
