Sussex is waking up to a smattering of snow this morning as the 'mini beast form the east' arrived yesterday.
Snow and ice are causing disruption to road, rail and air travel in parts of or region.
The Met Office has issued amber warnings of a possible risk to life in the South East and mid-Wales and the West Midlands all day.
Gatwick is urging passengers to check with their airlines before travelling to the airport.
