TWO people survived a helicopter crash at a Sussex airfield today.
Emergency services were called to Goodwood Airport, Chichester, at 3.40pm.
The two people on board are understood to have jumped to safety as the aircraft came down.
A South East Coast Ambulance Coast spokesman said: "Two ambulances and two cars were called to the scene after 3.35pm today.
"The two casualties were conscious at the scene. They suffered back pain and limb fractures.
"They have been sent to St Richard's Hospital."
A West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Fire service was called to an incident involving a helicopter at 3.41pm at Goodwood.
"We are currently liaising with other emergency services."
