TRAVELLERS have parked up near Hove seafront.
A total of 15 trailers arrived on Hove Lawns near the King Alfred Leisure Centre, in Kingsway, last Thursday.
Brighton and Hove City Council said they will take necessary legal action if the group does not leave today, Monday.
A spokeswoman said: "We expect the group to leave today but, if necessary, will take legal steps to ensure they do."
Sussex Police have been approached for a comment.
