SPECIALIST police officers have been searching a house where a woman was found dead.
Police were at the property in Seaside, Eastbourne, yesterday after the discovery of a body on Tuesday.
And incident tent was set up outside the address and uniformed officers guarded the front door, while crime scene investigators examined the premises.
So far the death is being treated as unexplained.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "At 9.35am on Tuesday police attended a house in Seaside, Eastbourne, where the body of a woman was discovered.
"Enquiries are being conducted into the circumstances of the death, which at this time is being treated as unexplained."
