THE Argus 2018 Youth in Action Awards are taking place on Sunday afternoon.

We will be welcoming around 150 guests to the Hilton Brighton Metropole from 1.30pm.

It’s a great occasion where we will celebrate the very best of our young people in Sussex.

For the past two months we have invited nominations from across the county.

Musical Achievement of the Year – sponsored by AVT Connect

Contribution to Arts and Culture – sponsored by BIMM Hero/Heroine of the Year – sponsored by Sussex Autoscreen

Star of the Year – sponsored by Plumpton College Apprentice of the Year – sponsored by Greater Brighton MET.

The awards are being presented by Heart FM breakfast presenter Nicola Hume.

“I look forward to meeting so many great young people on the day and their families.”
