SUSSEX residents are reminded to take extra precautions as temperatures remain warm on the weekend.
Met Office forecasts the weekend to be in the high 20s.
Public Health England (PHE) advises residents on how to cope with the heat. This includes avoiding the sun during the hottest parts of the day (11am to 3pm) and taking water with you when travelling.
Residents are also advised to think about ways to keep the house cool, such as closing curtains.
