A MISSING man could be sleeping rough.
Anton Newman, from Hove, was reported missing shortly before midday on Sunday.
The 28-year-old was last seen in Nevill Avenue, Hove.
Anton has links to the city and the St Anne’s Day Centre, a support service for homeless and isolated people in St James’s Street, Brighton.
Anton is white, 6ft 1in and slim.
He has shaved hair and pale skin.
Anton was last seen wearing a cream jumper, blue jeans and black socks and no shoes.
He may now be wearing shoes.
Police are concerned for Anton as he is vulnerable.
PC Alisa Funnell, of Sussex Police, said: “We are concerned for Anton’s welfare.
“He maybe sleeping rough or in a tent in woodland in the Brighton area.
“If anyone has seen him or knows where he may be, please let us know.”
Anyone with information on Anton’s whereabouts should call Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 552 of 15/07.
