A GIANT water slide is coming to Queens Park in Brighton tomorrow.

Five hundred people will get the chance to speed down the 100m slide on blow-up cushions.

All proceeds will help local families with disabled children.

Riders aged six to 106 can book from 10am to 5pm.

Tickets cost £15, plus a booking fee of 80p, and give two rides in a designated time slot.

The two rides do not have to be used by the same person.

Children with additional needs can slide with a carer if necessary, and the carer goes for free.

Organisers from Brighton charity Amaze cannot guarantee spaces on the day, so people are advised to book now to avoid disappointment.

They said: “Come with friends and family to slide or spectate and enjoy the fun filled atmosphere.”

There is a playground, with music and entertainment for younger children, plus a fire engine.

Refreshments and ice-creams will be available at the cafe.

Amaze supports local families with disabled children.
