MISHON Mackay hosted its annual Glenn Mishon Charity Golf Day to raise more than £3,000 in memory of one of the firm’s founding partners, Glenn Mishon.

This year’s event saw more than 100 business leaders at The Dyke Golf Club, Brighton, raising money for Mishon Mackay’s chosen charity, Rockinghorse.

Glenn Mishon and Alex Mackay founded Mishon Mackay in 1987, opening the first office in Hove. After 25 years of business, Glenn died in the summer of 2012.

Alex Mackay, managing director at Mishon Mackay, said: “This is our fifth consecutive year of holding our Glenn Mishon Charity Golf Day.

“The weather was fantastic, there was a great standard of golf and it was a pleasure to be a part of this day in memory of a man who is missed by so many.”

Twenty seven teams took part in the round of golf that was followed by lunch and an auction.

Ryan Heal, chief executive at Rockinghorse, also joined the teams and spoke about the charity’s work.
