A family was rescued from a house fire.
Two adults and two teenagers were trapped upstairs when a fire started on the ground floor of their home.
Firefighters used a ladder to rescue them.
The fire broke out at a house in Stonefield Road, Hastings, at about 12.30am today.
The blaze was out by 1.10am.
The cause of the fire is unknown. Fire investigators were still working at the scene this morning.
