Serious crash closes road

A main road has been closed after a serious crash.
At least one person is believed to have been seriously injured in a collision between two cars on the A272 at Cowfold.
The crash at Kentstreet Lane was reported to police at 7.17am.
At 8am the road was closed at the junction with the A23 near Bolney.
Police, firefighters and the ambulance service were all working at the scene this morning.
