A set of public toilets could be turned into a home.

The conveniences on North Street, Eastbourne, have gone on the market with a guide price of £20,000 to £30,000.

The cubicles, being handled by Clive Emson, property auctioneers, are said to have the potential for redevelopment with the necessary planning permission and have the advantage of being close to the train station and the centre of town.

Hey have you noticed, if S.O.M.M doesn't get in with the first comment he's usually speechless. And why has he turned all religious, wishing God to bless everyone?

Well let's face it, nobody goes to the toilet anymore, so why waste money having public lavatories all over the place!

Come on, get into the Argus spirit of dodgy puns... Don't be a party-pooper.

PS. I'm sure you're right about those flats: great facilities!
