A nurse who made a secret documentary about a Brighton hospital has had the decision on whether she should be stuck off the register delayed.
Margaret Haywood, 58, was up before the Nursing and Midwifery Council in London over her role in a BBC Panoroma programme that showed the neglect of elderly patients at The Royal Sussex County Hospital in 2005.
Two of the charges she faced were thrown out of court earlier this week but Ms Haywood still faces losing her job over the breach of patient confidentiality.
She expected to hear the panel's judgement on Friday but was instead told the hearing would be adjourned to a later date.
