Friends of a teenager who died in a car accident have painted a wall in his memory.
Andrew Hadden, 18, was killed when he lost control of his red Vauxhall Corsa just minutes from his home on Station Road, Chailey at around 1.50am on Wednesday morning.
The teenager had been celebrating a friend's birthday in Brighton but decided to drive home as he was due to start a new job the next day.
On Saturday friends and long-term girlfriend Ellis English, 18, gathered at Andrew's father's house to pay tribute.
They wrote message on a ten-foot wall in the garden and spelt out his name in graffiti.
Andrew, whose brother Luke, 18, committed suicide two years ago, had liked the fact that one of the walls in the garden had been daubed with the names of his family members, including Luke.
His step sister Sadie Lamb said another mural would be a fitting tribute.
Girlfriend Ellis painted a red heart and said "I will never forget the times we spent together. You will never leave my heart. I miss you boy. All my love forever, your girl – Ellis."
Around 50 friends gathered in the garden of the house in Preston Drove, Brighton to remember Mr Hadden who was studying at BHASVIC college, Brighton.
Boycie Freeman, 18, said: "Andy, it feels like we've been friends forever.
"It doesn't seem real or fair, things were looking up and all I can say is I hope you are somewhere happy now.
"You are with your brother now and I know that's somewhere you would have wanted to be.
"My heart is with your whole family... I just wish we could do our stupid handshake one more time, you will always be loved, never forgotten."
Sam Marsh said: "I wish I could have said one more goodbye. I respected and loved you as a brother. The times we've shared will never be forgotten. This isn't fair for you to be taken away like this, but I know you will always be here in my heart.
"Andy, you will be greatly missed. I believe I will see you again, I am sure of it. Until then, goodbye."
Stuart Rogers said: "Andy i am speechless. I wish i could have said goodbye as i would have told you what a great mate you were. Three words which would describe you would be; Cheerful Welcoming Genuine. You were always out to have a good time and you were a very likable person. I love you and will miss you greatly as you will never be forgotten. I hope your in a better place now Andy and i will always remember you for being a true friend."
