Star of the 1980s Grace Jones has been confirmed as a headline act for the Beachdown music festival.
The US singer and model was announced by organisers this week, along with Icelandic popstar Ida Marie, Welsh rock band Super Furry Animals and Liverpool group The Zutons.
Several Sussex bands have already been lined up to appear on smaller stages and hiphop legends Grandmaster Flash and Sugarhill Gang have been named among the main acts.
More than 10,000 revellers are expected at the festival at Devil's Dyke Farm, near Brighton, from August 22 to 25.
