Dog walkers horrified by trio having sex on field

Two men were caught having sex with a woman on a football field.

Shocked dog walkers alerted police after seeing the threesome cavorting together.

Adrian Parsons started kissing his girlfriend during a drinking session on the beach at Goring Gap, near Worthing.

They were both joined by Kevin Gilmartin who asked if he could join in.

The three left the beach and walked through woods to a sports field at Goring Hall Hospital.

Horrified witnesses saw Parsons having sex with his girlfriend who was naked from the waist down before Gilmartin joined in, Worthing Magistrates’ Court was told yesterday.

Parsons, 41, and Gilmartin, 45, both admitted outraging public decency.

The court was told there are two schools nearby although all the children had gone home as it was 5.30pm.

However, the sex session was witnessed by a teacher and an elderly woman who were out walking their dogs.

Jennifer Moss, prosecuting, said: “They came across the group while Parsons was having sex with the woman.

“They said another man joined in and was having sex with her.”

She said Parsons’s girlfriend was not charged with any offence after the incident on March 26.

In a statement, the teacher – who was not named in court – said: “I was disgusted by their behaviour. Young children could quite easily have seen what they were doing.”

Parsons, of no fixed address, was ordered to pay £193 in fines and costs.

Gilmartin, of Woodlands Avenue, Rustington, near Littlehampton, must do 80 hours unpaid community work.

District Judge Roger Ede said: “Sex is a private act not something that you do in front of others. People should be able to walk their dogs without having to watch the three of you having sex together in public.”

Why was the woman let off? She was as much a part of it as the men, or was she asleep???!!!

I want to know why the tart was let off without any charge.
If it was that she was drunk and incapable it would then surely be rape.
I'm totaly confused here. Does anyone know why she was not charged?

The witnesses stayed watching until the second guy joined in. They really were horrified weren't they if they hung around that long.

Like others I'm wondering why the woman wasn't charged? Three people have sex in a public place yet only two males get charged.

Oo er missus...security word: firm-hard.

Shouldn't they all have had the same sentence - and how long did the offended people stay before leaving?!!

It's bad enough that somehow she didn't face charges, but surely she should have been named.

Just another example of how the law is not impartial.

Personally, I find these three people's actions less offensive than those of the dog owners who were 'walking' (i.e letting them sh*t)their animals in the sports field.

Funny that some posters bemoan the 'discrimination' shown by the woman not being prosecuted (which may be for a very good reason we're not aware of) and yet she called 'slapper' 'dirty behutch (sp. to avoid word filter) and the like - bad case double-standards there me thinks!

The nice thing about standards as there are so many to choose from.

Sex is a private act... unless its other wildlife which seems to get by without qualms and we tend to view as amusing.

Why wasn't the woman charged? Sexual discrimination is alive and well in the courts. Still.

The outraged always bring up children being able to see... even if there werent any children about. Whats that all about? Nudity to children means very little to them. Its adults who want to be shocked... and shocked for the children as well.

Like RickH, just becuase the woman involved has been been treated to double standards, doesn't mean that posters on here have to resort to similar double standards.

Yes, they were all pretty silly to be getting it on in the middle of playing field. Dogwalkers were just being outraged for the sake of being outraged. And the Judge is applying double standards. Let them all off or charge them all the same. Good case for an appeal I feel.

What a brilliant story, almost as good as the mad sex party in worthing last year! If I was in any way concerned who the 'poor' woman was I'd just find out who Adrian Parsons is going out with these days. As for the perverts that stayed to watch, they should've been nicked as well. Great story though Argus, the guys are hreoes, the womans a slapper and the voyeurs are perverts, brilliant.

Ha ha security word Hide-girl, I kid you not.
