A barnful of hay was torched in an arson at a farm.
Firefighters spent 12 hours at the scene of a fire which took hold in 90 bales of hay on Saturday night.
They were called to Rickney Road, Pevensey, at 9.42pm but were only able to contain the spread of the blaze and let it burn itself out.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze was being treated as arson.
