Ex-Brighton striker dating pop star

A former Albion frontman is reportedly dating Australian pop star Holly Valance.

Jonny Dixon has been pictured with the singer in Los Angeles.

Holly starred in Neighbours and then launched a music career with 2002 single Kiss Kiss.

Spanish-born striker Jonny left the Seagulls last month to concentrate on music management.

Despite having a year left on his contract, he agreed a financial settlement with Albion after making just two first-team starts.

Well lets face it the girl is a real sort.Plus we all know deep down the only way to get a girl like that is to have large amounts of money that you have never had to do a real days work for.The real news story should have been.Why did Albion give such a long contract to a fat drunk with no talent,just because his parents are friends with Dick Knight?This guy is everything that is bad about football today,and one of the reasons the big crowds of the 70 & 80s have gone for good.

This is an absolutely fantastic story, well done The Argus for being in the right place at the right time! This is what being a journalist is all about folks, having your finger on the pulse, being there, ready and willing, when big stories break!
