Snow thrill seekers in Brighton and Hove have got the thin end of the sledge.
The city has sold out of sledges to the dismay of shoppers.
Main outlets including all the big supermarkets, sports shops, Argos, Halfords, Homebase, B&Q, Toys R Us and Focus have said the sledges have simply flown off the shelves.
Sledgers who have hit the parks in the city as well as the slopes of Devil's Dyke, Waterhall and Ditchling Beacon have been forced to improvise with Brighton and Hove City Council recycling boxes, lilos and airbeds.
Have you spotted the gap in the market and sold your own homemade sledges?
If so call The Argus on 01273 544547.
