Worthing have extended the loan of Bognor striker Matt Russell for a second month.

Russell, Bognor's all-time record scorer, scored his first goal for the Rebels in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Yeading.

A deal has now been agreed for the former Albion trialist to remain at Woodside Road for another month, with Worthing goalkeeper Will Packham extending his loan spell with Bognor at the same time.

Worthing assistant-manager Danny Bloor said: "It is good to have him with us for a second month and it suits Bognor to have Will for the same period of time.

"It was good for Matt to score on Tuesday. He has been playing well but he just hasn't been able to put the ball in the back of the net."

Sam Francis (groin), Owen Hill (ankle) and Nko Ekoku (suspended) are again missing as Worthing visit Folkestone Invicta tomorrow.

Des Guile (calf) and Andy Alexander (knee) have joined the injury list after picking up knocks while gaining match fitness with Peacehaven, where they are double-signed.
