Vandals caused thousands of pounds worth' of damage to parked cars when they went on the rampage in Hastings.
Twenty-seven windscreens were smashed at The Stade on Sunday at about 2am, leaving a trail of broken glass and devastation.
Most of the cars belonged to fishermen, lifeboat crew members and members of an angling club.
Police were alerted and officers arrested a man and two youths, who have all since been released on bail.
Paul Joy, chairman of the Fishermen's Protection Society, said: "How much longer do we have to put up with this antisocial behaviour in Hastings?
"This incident is the 128th incident of vandalism recorded by the Stade Partnership in the past three years."
Street wardens patrol the area but the incident took place outside their normal hours.
Mr Joy said: "It's great that Hastings Borough Council is getting all this regeneration money from the Government but unless we get on top of the drugs, crime and vandalism in the town it will all be for nothing.
"Extra resources need to be allocated to the police so they can get on top of the problem."
