East Grinstead-based KeyMS has completed the purchase of GeoFusion, a geographical information software (GIS) specialist based in Brighton.
GIS covers services, such as telecoms and utilities, logistics, geo-marketing, civil planning, property risk assessment and management.
KeyMS managing director Andrew Chalmers said: "We have brought on board a a blue-chip client base to complement our own and excellent software products in the GIS sector. It is important to focus in clear market sectors."
