This week's weird web site is worth waddling over to before the winter sets in.

The Penguin Conspiracy site controversially claims everyone's favourite flightless birds are evil agents plotting to take over the world.

It says: "There's no doubt about it, penguins are going to take over the world. In a few years the reinforcements from space will arrive and conquer the earth."

The site says penguins have been involved in numerous disasters, including the Titanic and the Hindenberg.

"The Penguin agents whom are already settled on our planet prepare the attack by taking over merchandising. Inside every penguin item you see in a store there's a mind-control device and a spycam.

"The device makes you think penguins are cute and makes sure you buy penguin merchandise and the spycam watches your every move and can even see through walls."

The site contains evidence, including photographs, reports, interviews and a most-wanted list. The good news for Penguin-fearing humans is there is also a section on identifying agents and taking precautions against them.

The site says: "The first thing to watch for when you think you see an agent is the beak. Secondly, you should watch for flat flipper-like feet.

"The third and final thing you will be taught here is to notice the wings of the agent."

You might not be convinced by the site but someone's gone to a lot of trouble to put it together and you could do worse than p-p-p-p-pick it up.
