Obviously Clive Tinker doesn't live in the Rottingdean, Ovingdean or Falmer area. If he is so keen on a stadium, let them build it near his home. The traffic is already horrendous, with massive tailbacks along the Falmer Road, and has increased by 50 per cent since the bypass was completed because the road is used as the main route from the coast road to the bypass.
Everyone is being very cagey about access. Can we please have detailed information on access from all directions?
