Sarah Millis, from Cuckfield, helped Britain finish fourth in the European Young Riders Dressage Championships in Germany.
Sarah, who rode Ludo 11, was 21st overall with her team and individual scores combined.
The 19-year-old, on the same horse, was part of the British team which claimed a bronze medal last year.
Hayley Tennant (Portslade) has secured a place in the British Dressage under-21 potential champions squad for consistent performances on Abu-Simbel.
The former Hove Park pupil and Horsham and District Club rider will attend central training in Hampshire. Hayley reached a BD talent-spotting contest two years ago when she was also part of a 14-rider display team in a quadrille at the Horse of the Year Show at Wembley.
