A group of graduates who launched its sports software company while still at college is now launching a range of CD Roms aimed at football fans.

Hove-based Where and When Sports was set up by Alex Langley, Nigel Chantler, Kevin Elliott, Vincent Holland and Adam Wylde while they were studying computing at Brighton University.

The company brought out its first CD Fanstation discs for followers of Newcastle United and Everton football clubs and the Formula One Jordan racing team last Christmas.

Now Where and When Sports has grown to include 15 staff members working on the launch of this year's expanded range.

The new releases include CD Roms for Aston Villa, Brighton and Hove Albion, Sheffield United, Rangers, Hearts, Celtic, Queens Park Rangers, Everton and Liverpool, Lazio, Parma, AC Milan and Inter Milan.

Each CD provides a countdown clock to the team's next match, exclusive team coverage, including pictures, video footage and interviews, club history and an interactive video tour of the team's home ground.

Founder Alex Langley said: "We are in negotiation with other football clubs to bring out more in the future."

"Our aim is to be the leading sports software company in the world."
