Sussex chartered accountants Hunt & Partners is set to help boost the economic performance of the region.
The Chichester-based company is to become a founder members of the Added Value Network, an organisation of independent accountancy firms that have pooled ideas to create a set of practical tools and systems to help businesses increase their sales potential.
One of the tools is a 52-step programme called the Business Edge.
It is designed to help entrepreneurs turn their business dreams into reality by identifying and creating strategies for their business's sales, profits and prospects.
The programme is tailored to the specific needs of each business but common areas include: how to identify and tackle major challenges, how to win customers and how to turn great ideas into results.
