A Brighton man has posted personal telephone numbers and addresses for the founders of failed e-fashion firm Boo.com on a website

The website is registered in the name of former Boo boss Ernst Malmsten.

The website is part of an online campaign against the defunct company which Andrew Genovese, 31, claims owes him more then £6,000 for programming work.

Mr Genovese worked for Boo.com for nine months before the firm went bust and said he has not been paid for his last five weeks' work.

Now he has got his revenge with a site entitled "Ernst Malmsten failed business man dot com".

A telephone number and address for the Swedish home of Mr Malmsten's fellow founder Kasja Leander were also posted on the site.

A message on the site urged visitors to e-mail Mr Genovese with information about the two founders and thanks those who have already done so.

Speaking exclusively to evolution, Mr Genovese denied the move was irresponsible.

He said: "Their home telephone numbers are available from a Swedish directory on the internet and at Companies House.

"I have just brought it to the attention of the wider world."

He said he was assured by Mr Malmsten himself the situation would be resolved shortly before the firm announced it was going into liquidation.

"I was told Ernst was in an outside meeting but I saw him in their building and collared him.

"He looked embarrassed and his PA ushered him away but he said 'I'll try and sort something out."

"They misled me. It had my business in a predicament."

Boo.com called in the liquidators on May 17, the day after Mr Genovese said he spoke to Mr Malmsten.

Mr Genovese said he was employed to put right problems created by the agencies which created the Boo.com website.

Mr Malmsten was unavailable for comment.
