Several weeks ago the Argus published a photograph of Anston House in Preston Road, Brighton. It was last fully occupied by private business in the mid-Eighties.
Over the years it has been attacked by vandals and now looks hideous.
How can a privately owned building in a main area be left empty and unprotected for so long?
In all those years, how many people have been sleeping rough because of the acute lack of suitable local accommodation?
Who owns Anston House and how can it have fallen in to such appalling condition?
