Stringer double a tasty starter

EVESHAM continued their winning start with a hard-fought victory over Littleton.

David Stringer fired United into a two-goal lead. Elliot Grady and James Coldrick then doubled the advantage before Joe Nightingale pulled one back.

After the break the contest was more even. Daniel Francis completed a good move to make it 5-1, before Wesley Burden fired a late consolation.

Inkberrow 2, Evesham Utd U-13 6

UNITED recorded their first win of the season away after Jamie Kerr (2), Morgan, Chris Stringer then Kerr again fired Evesham into a 5-0 half-time lead.

Inkberrow pulled two goals back before Curtis Fisher wrapped up the scoring for the winners.
