A MAN'S body was found hanging in woodland. Police investigating the death said it is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "Police investigating the death of a man found hanging in woodland in Priory Road, Forest Row, are not treating it as suspicious.
"Officers were alerted by a driver who spotted the man's body as he drove along Priory Road at around 6.30am this morning."
Police believe that they know the identity of the man who is thought to live locally and is in his mid 40s. Officers have injormed his next of kin
