Mouse droppings were found in takeaway trays, drinks cups and cutlery boxes at a city centre fast food shop.
Fusion in St James’s Street, Brighton, was infested with mice when two environmental health officers visited in February this year.
The shop closed voluntarily for six days. Owner Shah Chowdhury was fined after admitting five breaches of food hygiene laws at Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
