Three members of a Bognor gang who brutally tortured their victim because they thought he was a police informer have been locked up for life.

A fourth man has been jailed indefinitely for the horrific attack which left their victim hideously scarred.

Wojceich Turek’s face was slashed open and beaten to a pulp as he was repeatedly kicked and punched by his attackers.

The gang set fire to his back and cruelly joked about grilling sausages in the flames as he burned.

He relived the ordeal during a three-week trial at Hove Crown Court.

Mariusz Filarowicz, 30, Roland Urzedowski, 23, and Lukasz Lewandowski, 28, were given life sentences after being found guilty of false imprisonment and inflicting grievous bodily harm.

JaroslawPetryna, 30, was jailed indefinitely for his part in the attack at a derelict house in Hawthorn Road, Bognor, in December.
