Popular Worthing ice rink to be opened by TV star

A TV star will herald the return of an ice rink.
More than 25,000 people from across Sussex visited the popular attraction in Worthing last year.
Tradershavewelcomedits return for boosting visitor numbers and trade in the town.
The rink, which was first launchedtwoyearsago, willopenon February 5. It will include a special guest appearance by Chris Fountain, the former Hollyoaks actor who was the runner up on Dancing on Ice in 2008andwinner of the subsequent Dancing on Ice Tour. Chris Spratt, chairman of the Worthing Town Centre Initiative said: “I am delighted that the Ice Rink is back for 2011, and would like to thank Worthing Borough Council for their continued support.
