I HAVE just read about the development at Saxon Park.
I bought my home in Lavender Gardens after Mike Mason and before Steve Johnson, and I knew about existing planning permission for homes on the land next door.
If they look at their leasehold agreements they will see the original Miller Homes plots marked on the paperwork.
Steve Johnson complains about where he will park his commercial vehicles, but at the moment he either parks them on a public footpath, or on what is actually a right of way.
I admit that the current work is a nuisance and I am not happy that the residents of the 75 new properties will drive past my house every day.
But that is down to the railway objecting to the road coming through the level crossing.
Personally I think these two gentlemen need to get down off their soap boxes and deal with it. Also if they believe everything told to them by the sales staff, then they are quite frankly very naive. DAVID OWENS Lavender Gardens
