A charity dedicated to supporting male suffers of eating disorders is launching a nationwide poster campaign to coincide with Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
Men Get Eating Disorders Too was initially founded as a website by 25-year-old Sam Thomas but became a national charity in December.
Posters and booklets delivering essential information will be distributed throughout schools, universities, doctors' surgeries and gyms from Monday thanks to funding from the Big Lottery's Awards For All programme.
Mr Thomas, from Hove, said he hoped that the poster campaign will help men to recognise their own issues and to ease the isolation and secrecy associated with eating disorders in all forms.
The charity is also launching a membership scheme for those who want to offer their support and help to fund future projects.
Membership details can be found at www.mengetedstoo.co.uk. Copies of the poster and information booklet can be ordered from Mr Thomas or downloaded online.
