Worthing teen sisters go under the knife together

Two teenage sisters had matching breast implants, encouraged by their mother.

Charlie Hammond and her sister Jemma Martin from Worthing, both went under the knife when they turned 18.

Their mum Cheryl Loveridge, also from Worthing, paid £4,000 on her credit card for Charlie’s operation to help her avoid getting into debt and improve her self confidence.

She then supported her younger daughter’s choice to have the same procedure, taking her from an AA to a D.

Mrs Loveridge, 49, said: “I supported them in their decision.

“They were both really self conscious about the size of their breasts.”

The sisters had their operations at the Harley Medical Group clinic in Dyke Road, Brighton.

I knew Google had adverts disguised as search results, but adverts disguised as news stories? That's a new low.

A pair of tits improve your self confidence?
Are you not approaching the problem, if there is one, from slightly the wrong angle?

That orange non-entity - Jordan - has got a lot to answer for.
Young girls now think it's perfectly ok to have breast augmentation in their teens. I bet none of them have given a though to the fact that it will require further surgery every few years throughout their lives.
Their mother should be ashamed of herself for paying for this mutilation.
Not everyone likes big breasts, you know, and it's crazy when women who are little more than children, feel that there's something wrong if you don't have grotesquely over enlarged breasts.
As I say, Jordan has a lot to answer for.

And now millions of potential partners for the daughters will want nothing to do with them because they are plasticised with grotesque synthetic cannonball bolt-ons.

Well done the mother for marginalising her kids!

They will now attract page 3 cor-blimey merchants who can only speak in monosyllabic grunts and will only be interested until the next and bigger set of implants struts by......

Is this really the best the Chief Reporter can come up with?
Surely this sort of story could have been covered by one of the other more junior but equally as poor 'writers'?

.
As for one comment, what does this have to do with B'ton, a lot, as a lot of CHAVS live in B'ton and have moved to Worthing

And one wonders why there is despair & despondency in Society? If there are any side-effects such as backache, headache or explosion, will the NHS be required to pick up the bill or will the credit card indemnify the taxpayer?
The surgeon & the mother are shallow pariahs, at least the girls have a "ready-made" excuse.

I despair of young women today; a generation of airheads and wannabe glamour models or WAGS whose pathetic role models are Katie Price or Paris Hilton. So many of today's young women only seem interested in the size of their breasts, topping-up their hideous orange fake tans, and babbling all day to their equally brainless friends on their barbie-pink mobile phones.
Why don't they focus on expanding their minds and personalities instead, and becoming nice people, or useful members of society? I guess bigger boobs can bought (even on dumb mum's credit card), whereas intelligence and character can't.

a good mate of mine is a surgeon (NHS). He spends all day everyday fixing botched plastic surgery done in the private sector. He informs me that around 25% of breast enhancement surgery will require further surgery in the short term due to some manner of complication (rejection by the body, extreme scarring, infections etc)
