University lecturers have begun a two day strike.
Members of the University and College Union at the University of Sussex are striking over a row over pensions.
The staff are taking the action in protest against changes to the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) pension fund.
Staff have been on the picket lines since 7am at the Falmer House entrance to the campus.
The strike action is being coordinated at 47 university campuses across the country today.
