Katie Price's relative molested boy

School bus driver Christopher Price, 63, approached the 15-year-old – who has learning difficulties – before taking him away in his car and indecently assaulting him.

Widower Christopher Price, who lives in Boughey Place, Lewes, is the uncle of the glamour model’s stepfather, builder Paul Price, who is married to her mother, Amy.

The 33-year-old model – who did not know of her great-uncle’s existence until after the court case – has a nine-year-old son, Harvey, who has severe learning difficulties.

Christopher Price walked out of Lewes Crown Court on Monday after a judge told the former foster carer he had “impeccable character”

before the attack.

Price met his vulnerable victim on the beach in Eastbourne on June 26 last year.

Judge Charles Kemp said: “Not only did he exhibit learning difficulties, which made him more vulnerable, he was not able to express himself.

“Over the next two hours or so you talked with him.

You took him for a drive in your car along the seafront of Eastbourne.

“You got out and sat on the beach together.

“While you were talking you continually put your arm around him and you started to cuddle him. You touched his leg and you also ran your hand along his trousers.

“You tried to undo his belt but failed. You contented yourself with the touching I have referred to.”

Eventually, the boy begged Price to leave him alone and he let him go.

Price, whose cleaning firm went bust in 2005, was convicted on May 17 of abduction and sexual activity with a boy under 16 following a trial at Lewes Crown Court.

Price was sentenced to a community order, told to sign the sex offenders register for ten years and banned from working with children for life.

A spokesman for Ms Price said: “Katie has never heard of this man and has never met him.

“He is a long distance relative of her stepfather and until Monday she did not know that he existed.

“Any action that harms any child is something Katie finds abhorrent."
