The brother of a man killed by a stab wound on Christmas Day has been charged with his murder.

Lithuanian Vaidas Juras, of Beach Road, Littlehampton, was charged late last night with the murder of his 38-year-old brother Bronius Juras, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton on Christmas Day.

Officers were called at around 9pm on Christmas Day to Beach Road, Littlehampton after reports of a man receiving a stab wound to the chest.

A post-mortem revealed that Mr Juras died of a single stab wound to his heart.

Twelve people were arrested following the incident but eight of these have now been released without charge.

The 33-year-old Juras is set to appear at Worthing Magistrates Court this morning.

Three other men had been released overnight on police bail for four weeks whilst enquiries continue.
