A Sussex Police officer arrested on suspicion of gaining unauthorised access to information has had his bail extended.
The Detective Sergeant was arrested in December on suspicion of misconduct in a public office in relation to the force computer systems.
The officer, based in Horsham, was suspended from duty after being interviewed by police.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said the officer's bail had been extended until March 7.
